Mosley, a known ped user, got 18 days cut-off and their idol got 19. (You'll never hear any complaints from these ****** *****s.) And they think people are that ****** to believe it's random. As you can see they want to have it several ways.

Simply put, according to ****** *****s Pacquiao is just average. But then turns around and say, no he's really a beast and should be tested.
