I agree with him that you don't have to be a ***** to have su****ions about pacquiao. As for me, I'm su****ious about every fighter who refuses full random blood tests. As for now, there's only one.

If thats your stance,
you have to be su****ious of any fighter who isn't volunteering.

No refusal is necessary as they, like you expect Pac to do,

my 1st ever hearren of pac and urine test were way back since he fought MAB
i rem they later talked bout it on some tvshow
bout how when they seen his pee test they thought for sure he had failed cuz his piss was an odd cola-ish kinda color
but he passed the test so not much else was thought

If it insults him, then why did he list a bunch of random excuses before finally saying, "It insults me." It seems that it was just another excuse like the ones previously stated. From the get-go, he should've put his foot down with that very reason.

Manny saying NO and then trying to water down PEDS testing for the biggest paying prize fight in history , is not acceptable in 2010 , I would stand against Floyd as strongly as I stand against Manny if Floyd was trying to pull what Manny is doing , people cheat and Manny is not above cheating that the bottom line .

There is circumstantial evidence that Manny " could " be using PEDS , at least enough so that his opponet felt the need and has a right to ask for this to guarantee the fight is as fair as people today can make it , it is a two way street both must comply , anybody would think Manny is the first this has been asked from its not , nor does Manny have do something that the other side doesnt , this is equal for both fighters .

Was Pac on PEDS on the Clottey fight?
I mean don't you *****s think it's a fixed fight anyway? Look at Clottey. He was constantly in his turtle shell for the majority of his fights, but once he started punching, he would hit Pac as clean as day. And it was Pac looking all bruised up by the end of the fight while Clottey looked like he didn't have a single scratch on him.

Was Pac on PEDS on the Cotto fight?
It was a magnificent fight. Everything was looking even until round 4 when Cotto started retreating and moon walking away from Pac.
Many people believed Cotto wasn't the same fighter after Marg destroyed him.

Was Pac on PEDS on the Hatton fight?
This fight was short lived. Hatton kept WALKING straight into Pac's punches.
Hatton was aware that Pac is now a complete fighter and that knew that Pac now uses his right arm more.
More so that he forgot that Pac's best arsenal is still his left arm.

Was Pac on PEDS on the De La Hoya fight?
Oscar got his ass handed to him that night and he quit while he was at his corner. Many people think Pac would lose this fight because Oscar is way to big for him.
After the fight, Pac's critics now said that Oscar weight drained himself and it was his own fault. Some hardcore *****s to this day thinks this fight is fixed.
