because the media knows the wifebeater family is using it as an excuse to duck pac.

also, wifebeater jr didn't implement jack *****. if he really wanted to implement it, every fight in his undercard would've had OST. not only that, if he really really wanted to implement it, he'd spend his "vacation" time trying to get all the commissions to do OSt instead of beating up on his baby mamma, defaulting on rent payments, and making racist remarks on ustream.
