Flash Elorde made 11 defences with 7 of them as undisputed champ his resume buries Floyd with names like Johnny Bizzaro, Sandy Saddler, Harold Gomes, Ismael Laguna, Teruo Kosaka etc et.

Kobayashi has probably the best resume of the 130 greats with Yoshikai Numata, Jaime Valladares, Ricardo Arredondo, Rene Barrientos, Antonio Amaya, Carlos Canete, Shozo Saijo, Mitsunori Seki, Katsutoshi Aoki and more, he was the "man" in probably the strongest 130 era ever.
