Then a perceived second negotiation is opened, beginning with a apparent offer and deadline that would lead to no where. I mean lead to nowhere considering the statements above. Now, during the first negotiation, drug testing apparently was negotiable. I think anyone would agree with that. Considering the video above, drug testing negotiations had halted and any offer not meeting those demands would not be considered. Hence, one party stating there were not any second negotiations.
