being brutally honest here,

only a ****** idiot could think that. pacquiao, top rank, margarito wouldnt risk their future earning potential, legacy & reputation, not to mention criminal charges to fix fights. this isnt the 40s,50s, & 60s were fights were fixed on a regular basis. if a fight is fixed, its usually less high profile fights. Not ppv fights involving the best fighter in the sport.

based on the fact that pacquiao is top rank big figure and marketable, therefore they wouldnt want to put him in danger, and margarito is a disgraced fighter with no marketability, just that hes the only top rank fighter they can put infront of manny right now

For better or worse, Margarito will be coming for blood. Believe that. If he beats Pacquaio impressively he'd make a lot more than anybody could ever pay him to lose.
