emanuel steward has seen the best at 147 and he can see true greatness, all the other fanboys here hating on pacquiao are just mad cuz he either

1) tko'd their favorite fighter (cotto, de la hoya, hatton, beat marquez twice, beat pretty much all the mexican fighters at his weight)

2) he challenged floyd twice and floyd ducked him twice because he was busy beating up women, well, karmas a b*tch cuz floyd is gonna get treated like a woman in the showers when he gets locked up, dont forget the ky gel floyd!

They both viewed each other as easy opponents. Come on man. I don't know if it was so much Pacquiao that viewed it as that. But you can't tell me that Roach didn't look at De La Hoya's fight with Forbes and say that he didn't know he was done. Saying that Pacquiao went through his career with no hand picked fights is BS. That's why I've got a right to disagree and debate when somebody says otherwise.

Dela Hoya was trying to secure a rematch at first with floyd, but that didn't happen, so he's next choice was hatton but ricky turned it down, then he handpicked manny thinking that manny should be an easier fight coz manny was a career featherweight at that time. And i believe it was just roach doing some trash talk when he said that oscar cannot pull the trigger anymore, because if manny really thinks that he can defeat oscar quite easilly, he shouldn't have been bouncing around that much, manny should have been sitting more on his punches and eating some of oscar's big lefts just like he did with cotto. But roach knows much better, manny boxes oscar while trying to avoid that left hook of oscar. And dehydration shows in the middle to last part of the fight, but manny was winning rounds as early as the first bell...

Ummm...Pac did agree to the tests and Floyd punked out!! Simple as that. Even rational Floyd fans had to agree that Floyd punked out coz all Floyd and his team could do was pretend that "no negotiations" ever took place. He made himself look really bad. No one in media could defend him for not taking the fight!! Which lead to this summer's meltdowns (excommunicating Golden Boy and Haymon, parading with Don King, the video rant and then beating the mother of his children and threatening his own son).

i saw where roach denied shane TWICE and roach flat out said they would not fight shane. while pac might be willing to take on shane, his trainer and promoter know its a bad match style wise for pac and they know its a good chance shane will ko pac. there is a reason they have not fought. more fans would rather see pac vs shane than pac vs tony.

i mean if mosley looked somewhat competitive against floyd, I could see people wanting pac/mosley just for comparisions, but take away the first 2 rounds and mosley's performance was flat and uninspired. and the mora fight didn't do him any favors. in fact, it made him even more undesirable as a future oppoent for pac.

only way mosley can redeem himself is if he somehow beats berto.
