Is this the legacy of Floyd?

Not trying to blame all of boxing's ills on Floyd but you can't help but think how influential he is on these young fighters like Dirrell and Ward, who no doubt idolise him. Floyd has become the sort of fighter who will argue why he shouldn't take a fight.

You look at the way Ward, Dirrell and Haye are approaching their careers, and you can't help but see them as wannabe Floyds.

I mean, I don't even think the friendship thing was a real issue between Dirrell and Ward, I just think they wanted the fight to be for more money than they were contracted in to.

Expect Ward to leave the tournament before the end too.

I know you know what Floyd was doing at an equivalent age and point of his career to Dirrell.

Floyd isnt any less guilty than the majority of champions over the last one hundred or so years.

Dirrell is allegedly suffering from headaches and other neurological problems and has done so since the AA fight.

Ward will be sued by Showtime untill his pockets are dry if he decides to leave the tournament for no reason.

                    So no.
