Ruiz tends to do better against the big natural heavyweights, it's only been the smaller slick boxers who have given him trouble [with the exception of Tua].

Toney could have faught Ruiz on steroids, off steroids, on crack, off crack, on *******, off *******, drunk, not drunk and would still kick Ruiz's ass.

And to be honest, if a title is measured by the man who wears it, then shouldn't Brewster's WBO title get more respect than the other three jokes of champions?
Vitali is the guy I think of when I think of the heavyweight champion, but Brewster is by far the guy I most respect. I think he could unify the belts if given the chance.

whoever beats him will just give up the title and then ruiz can win it again while its vacant like after jones beat him.

Who has either beaten to retain their titles. Bums, all of 'em bums, at least in recent meory for Ruiz, and ****co ain't never even beat a champion. You are a for real, 100%, undeniable moron if you don't think these guys are paper champions and a disrespect to the division.

Byrd, Ruiz, and Brewster have all been completely out matched, out gunned, and out fought in their career, so far VK has not. Vitali has not had to be saved by the judges like the other champs. When Vitali wins, he demolishes his opponent. When Vitali loses, he was still very competitive. This is why, even though VK has not fought a long list of P4P fighters, he is still #1 at this time.

That being said, I think Byrd-Williamson will have the honor of handing over one of Don Kings belts first to either Wlad or Peter. I would give Ruiz a strong edge over McBride and fully excpect another DKP fighter to take the manditory spot for the WBA before Ruiz has to fight again.

Toney vs Ruiz sold 6,000 tickets in MSG. They gave a ton of tickets to September 11 families to try to make it look more filled. Do you think Don King wants to promote John Ruiz anymore and lose money?

Are you kidding me? Who has Vitali fought in a title defense? The guy beat a bum to get Lennox's belt; A bum who whipped his brother who is ranked where? How can you dispute the question posed while being afraid to say the names of the "real world championship contenders" this guy has beatin' since actually getting the belt?
