This whole fight is based on one thing: If Maidana can goad Kahn into a brawl. Other than that, I don't think he stands a chance. Big props to Kahn for even making this fight in the first place! He's earned a lot of respect from me just for doing so!

Amir Khan cannot brawl with Marcos Maidana. He will last 10 seconds.

This will be good. Khan looking a little anxious in the shots, with Maidana carrying that cheeky grin.

I've got Khan by UD. I don't see him stopping Maidana as he will really have to show a good offence with a varied output. He will not want to get too close to the Argentinian, as the kid can ****, and Khan hasn't fought a noted ****er since Prescott - so will he really risk taking the punishment.

His movement is so much better at 140, and really i can't fault his progress since his loss.
We've seen Maidana hit the deck a few times, but against arguably the hardest hitter at 140, and his style and defence, it's almost expected. I just don't see Khan fighting Maidana's fight like Ortiz did, and will not give him many chances to unleash. Khan will NOT brawl. He's much smarter under Roach now. But, that chin will have me on the edge of my seat as Marcos tags him. I want to see how Khan takes the shots, as he will get hit.

I'm sorry to all the Khan fans, but anyone who got knocked out like that in the first minute of the first round isn't going to be a Great fighter. As soon as someone hits him hard again, he's done for. He can fight the Paulie M's of the world, but this is a DANGEROUS fight for him. If Maidana doesn't do it, then Bradley, Alexander, or even Zab Judah will...

Most of his fights are over in the first minute of the first round.

Salita, Earl, Madjadi, Vitali Martynau, David Bailey all lasted seconds with Khan

I'm just glad Khan is nervous and not ****y.

This time he'll be listening to Freddie and sharpening up. You wait and see.
