what it all comes down to is did floyd mayweather hit, strike, beat or harm josie harris physically that night and did he take her iphone...

here is what we do know

1) she had to call the police 2 times that night, first time at 2 am, mayweather was asked to leave and he left, then sometime after 5 am josie harris called the police again and was taken to the hospital and had photos taken of "minor injuries"

2) floyd's own son said that he saw floyd beating up his mom

this is a open and shut case for felony domestic violence aka battery

now onto the 2nd felony, grand larceny

1) josie has a reciept on her bank of america debit card proving that she bought the iphone. where she got the money i dont know but it is known that she used to be a stripper or a dancer in vegas, its not like shes never had a job before

2) josie's friend gloria got a call from mayweather when she was at the hospital checking on josie and mayweather said that he had josies phone, all they need to do is check to see if mayweather did in fact call gloria that morning and its a wrap for mayweather

these are both FELONIES, floyd WILL do jail time, these are both CRIMINAL cases so these is no outside settlement because if the state wants to prosecute they CAN and WILL

for some reason anything dealing with floyd brings out alot of emotions from people mainly the ones who dont like him. pac gets called a steroid user and its "hes innocent until proven guilty" why cant this same logic be applied to thi situation and if hes is proven guilty he serves his time, pays his fine and just learns from his mistakes the ***** is not dead or injured!!! its really that simple, this is not the first or last time this has happend with athletes/stars and their women. men do need to stop letting these women run them insane and control themselfs by leaving (which is not that easy) but u have too becaus its a no win situation if you get violent with them! and on the flip side these women are not just as innocent as you dummies would like them to be! i know this from personal situations ive been through and seen others go through! i think the problem here is that alot of u men have not dealt with too many women in your lifes or maybe all your women have just been great women that gave you no problems and never ****ed your friends, which is cool too.... none of us know th true story at the end of the day... do u people have lifes?

whats innocent about the visual/medical evidence of the beating that harris had, which was backed by floydie's son? right now, its all logistics and a process...but in the end, floydie will be guilty regardless. it shouldnt matter what the relationship between harris and cj is...it had nothing to do with the battery and grand larceny theft done by floydie.

well if this is found to be true he needs to do his time or pay his fine, learn from his mistakes and do better, whatever him and the mother has going on is none of my bis (its their bis) but to do it in front of a kid is just crazy and unacceptable... i seen my dad fling a hot neckbone at my mom one day it was fresh out of the pt it burned her arm!!!! seeing her scream really ruined me, and it still hurts me until this day!!!!

yeah as far as the court system goes your right so maybe he will end up doing time if she doesnt dop it this time but on the flip side i guess you will have to experience a woman you are dealing with, had kids by, or are close too to deal with someone you are close to and call a friend ***ually to understand how angry it makes u.
