Before they talk I would like for them to face Salido, I mean Salido is not an easy guy to look good against he comes to fight, put pressure and doesn't back up for a second. I would be willing to bet Salido makes Juanma look bad because of all the pressure he would put and we all know Juanma doesn't have the best boxing skills. Caballero wouldn't even hurt Salido and if he would win it would be a very close decision. I think Gamboa looked versatile fighting Salido he fought with him and when he knew he wouldn't win in a real fight he outboxed Salido and slowly broke him down.

lets not act like those pound didn't make a whole lotta difference when the three of them are small as ****.
if the weight wasn't an issue we wouldn't have a thousand and one divisions down there.
gamboa's been a featherweight since his first pro fight.

Gamboa fast combos are impressive but I always wondered how would he do against somebody that can jab and disrupt his speed cause he keeps his hands so low. He becomes ordanary after a few rounds and looks like a very fast amateur. Amir Khan used to look like that and has improved. Still Gamboa speed will give problems to anybody he faces

Not for nothing but I think Elio Rojas would have beaten Gamboa on Sat. night. It'll be a totally different fight compared 2 the 1 with Salido but I think Rojas could beat him.

Gamboa needs a good trainer to bring out all the potential that he has. Freddie Roach would be perfect for him.

Everyone is not impressed when a boxers does poorly on a fight. Who would? I wasn't impressed with Devon's last performance neither was I impressed with Chad Dawson's last performance either. I speacially wasn't Impressed with Lopez' performance against Mtagwa. That doesn't mean they are awfull boxers in fact I still think that Chad is one of the most talented fighters in the sport and Alexander as the best 140 pounder.
I still think Gamboa needs more proffesional rounds with experienced fighters like Salido to break him out of the amateur style. I think a fight vs Lopez would be awsome but I don't see Gamboa beating Caballero yet.

Caballero would be impressed when Gamboa messed him up.
Depending on how Gamboa's focus was, he would beat Juanma too.
