And the reports of domestic violence from Mayweather to Josie.

Still the only thing they charged him with is is Grand Larceny.
For stealing her iphone valued at $322


With all this "evidence", shouldnt this be a open-shut cased?

My question is, if so much evidence is present here in this case.
Why not arrested Mayweather, and make him pay a $50,000 bail.
This was what Chris Brown got btw. Or something similar.

1. Why are they not pulling the trigger on this woman beater is my question?
2. Why only make him pay $3000 bail???
3. Why only charged him with something he will probably walk on or face minor penalty from..?

Matt Barnes allegedly beat his wife, he got charged and had to pay $50,000 bail.

Chris Brown beat his Rihanna, he got charged and had to pay $50,000 bail.

But Floyd Mayweather allegedly beat Josie Harris, and he doesn’t get charged and basically walks...


With the crazy statistics on Domestic Violence,

1. Why would they let Mayweather off so easy??
2. Why not charge him and go off the facts you already have too arrest the bastard if this story is true?

Floyd has not spoken his side of the story thus far. Three times a charm if Josie is making stuff up again. No sense arguing over some guy when you're
not a couple anymore or emotionally involved, and are secure with your own life.

This guy is a professional boxer. Josie Harris is not.
His hands are registered weapons, Josie Harris hands and face are not.

With all things considered, if true Mayweather should be in jail right now.
Like the ***** he is, if this story is true.

Actually, Rhianna's people went forth in pressing charges and getting a restraining order on Chris Brown which was then presented the courts by the LA County District Attorney. Again, depending how far Josie wants to take it, they can make a case that Floyd presents danger to Josie and his child. None of us know to full jist of what really went down, but if they present evidence of even minor bruising and his kid's testimony of what happened that night, and knowing how the justice system deals with single parents and abuse cases across the US (no matter how big or small), I can't imagine that if this does go to court that Floyd will walk out scott free.

Again, I seriously doubt Floyd's gonna do any time whatsoever, but anyway you look at it his rep is taking a big hit.
