    Top3 looks correct...everyone else is not P4P material. They're either very good or just good. For example, Paul Williams, he has poor defense, lacks punching power for his size, lacks boxing IQ (doesn't utilizes his height), etc.

                  It reflects the sport getting younger or at least fresher. The old guard is almost all washed out. There's a broad new wave and it's largely made up of guys with a big win or two. Lots of talent but the proof will be over time.

                      Yea a lot of guys are in a cusp of being in the top 10 or out of the top 10.
