The Emmanuel part is the best thing ever. Is it Robert or Bobby "The Ghost" Guerrero? Floyd is on the case!

Real men don't duck midgets they got at least 2 natural division on.
      Pac isn't so small.

The huge size difference is what you expect to see because you think of Pacquiao the 126lber...then when you see him next to Cotto in center-ring, it's not near as pronounced.

Anyway...you've got to be crazy to look at Floyd's statements and think he fears Pacquiao. His demeanour is no different than when he talked about Mosley. Abject contempt. I think the fight will be made next year, if it's possible for a fight to be made between these two at all.

I already said, I'd rather see Floyd with a 160lb guy. This Mayweather-Pacquiao stuff is just some nonsense we all have to grin and bear 'til it's finished with. It's not near as appealing a prospect now as it was last November.

Anyway, as for midddleweights, Martinez is good, but I'd ideally like someone bigger to fight Floyd. Martinez is a 154lb guy, really. That's what Floyd should do. Go up in weight. I'm bored of the Floyd-Pacman crap.

I have more pity for anyone who even laughed at it as it was just incredibly unfunny without the slightest touch of humor. It was just quite pathetic to see a supposed man in his 30s, who has a bit of fame about him, act like such a child.

And people can say, "oh its just a part of his act". Yea, it is, its quite obvious, but man, is this really what Black americans died for in americas brutal and racist past?

I don't see how any one can defend such lame behavior even in the name of promotion. Even though it might just be an act, its quite obvious the guy is racist as well and we can go back years through his interviews to see it.

Truthfully though, big deal, lots of people are racist and I'd rather a man be upfront about his feelings than pretend about it. The racism isn't even what trips me out the most. Its the 6 year old behavior and the way some people look up to it.
Excellent post, nail on the head.

He doesn't behave acceptably in anyway at all there and shows that no matter what he says or does, he clearly is extremely childish, thick, insecure, and racist.

I mean what kind of grown man persistently tries to crack jokes about a fellow professional whom has said nothing bad against them, that they're a little yellow midget, and your going to cook them cat, dogs and rice.

WTF, how many countries and cultures do you even know about Floyd.

        He's not Japanese.

If Manny even said one remotely racist thing like this people would be up in arms. It's completely un-acceptable and indefensible.

I got the feeling Floyd liked JMM in his own condescending way. Floyd's got a point to prove against Pacquiao. I doubt he'll be kind if he gets Pacquiao hurt at any stage.
he might have been. doesn't make my statement untrue.

if floyd goes for a ko , that would be a big mistake on his part.

I'm more shocked at a guy like you who seems to be all about truth and justice could even get behind a fraud like this.

I expected you to thrash him, not validate him.

He's just being a typical celebrity feeling entitled to do or say anything he wants. The sad part is that some of his fans are actually encouraging his actions and defending him.

He's like Mel Gibson, except not drunk and doesn't need a hidden tape recorder.

                  I don't buy this.

He had a point to prove against Mosley but he never went for the kill either.

The fact is, Floyd is a safety first fighter.

Just like Tua said, if he goes for the kill against Pac, that would be a big mistake.

But he knows that and it ain't happening.

I'll bet all my points on it.

I ain't respecting anyone who sells their soul to top up their bank balance. Let's face it, Floyd would have made enough money as it is without resorting to this MoneyMay nonsense.
You're missing the point. You don't have to care about how much he makes.

"Sells their soul", LMAO. You talk like boxing is a kind business. The only honor in it is in the ring. I don't resent any man who takes headshots for a living being aware enough to learn from the misfortunes of those who went before and see what he has to do to come out on top of the pile. More power to those guys. It might mean I don't always get what I want...but do I respect their intelligence? Absolutely. Floyd has the game in the palm of his hand and he's not even a marketable fighter, LMAO. Boxing is hardly organized as a 'best fight the best, mandatory, all the damn time, with no questions asked' sport...and until it is, I'm not going to spit venom at the guys who play it least they be played.

You can call Floyd a cretin all you want, but he can't be that dumb. When boxing the industry starts treating the SPORT of boxing and its talent kindly, compassionately, I'll change my view on the antics of a Floyd Mayweather Jr., and any who follow in his footsteps, to a more harshly critical one.
