His schtick is so forced and terrible I honestly don't see how anyone can find this amusing. And by that I don't mean in regard to the "racist remarks". If anything, I feel more sorry for the guy having to stoop so low to get attention. I have more pity for anyone who even laughed at it as it was just incredibly unfunny without the slightest touch of humor.
