not really. take any athlete from any sport, train him in mma for 9 months, and couture would whup their ass in the same way. not amazing at all.

It was wrestling vs boxing and the wrestler won. I'm a boxing fan before anything else, but the truth is, when you only master one aspect of hand to hand combat, while your opponent has mastered several, 9/10 times the boxer will lose in a hand to hand combat scenario.
