          He beat his wife savagely and then probably (yeah, he did it) murdered her. I sorta get missing his style in the ring, but I cannot divorce the boxer from the person. To me it is one package and if I don't approve of the personality I deplore the boxer and his exploits.

                Nice straw man. Does anyone make rational arguments these days? He admitted to and apologized to his wife. They have reconciled. I am not 'okay' with it, but my thing is owning responsibility and making amends. Cotto did that.

                If Cotto ever beat on his wife I would deplore him and probably never forgive him. I grew up in a broken household where almost ever weekend my Mom was getting beaten, so you'll forgive me if I take an extremely dim view of violence toward women.

                  I was just curious bro and I appreciate the honest answer. I didnt grow up in a broken home at all but I saw my godmother get the shot beat out of her every weekend for like 5 years. I still havent forgiven my ***** godfather for it
