Texas would grant a licence to margo. The economics of this fight alone is feasible. Jones stadium and the city of Dallas have a lot to gain especially the revenues from a consumer standpoint.

      If it happens.
if texas gives him a license it will be bad press. the media already takes boxing as a joke and dont care for the sport so if plasterito gets licensed, boxing looses any credibility it has left, if any.

Between Pac's roid accusation thanks to the man cleaning up boxing and Marg's attempt of murder, boxing is down the ****hole. The past 4 years or so where it seemed to be making a great resurgence with the lack of the heavies has gone down the drain as of late. With the lack of heavies still and the lack of the lighter weight classes, it can be doomsday until something big happens.

Thing people dont understand is that he wasnt banned or suspended in Cali, he just wasnt given a licence.

When a fighter is banned or suspended, all states will follow.

But now each state has its own decision whether to give a licence because he is not suspended.

Read post 14 and this would be be like number 10,000 of the most immoral things done in boxing, so dont talk about credibility

He better hope he gets it because if he doesn't he might as well kiss his career in the US goodbye. If they deny him and he has to go through Cali again this will bite his cheating ass in the ass.

Mexico doesn't mind cheaters, they are happy to have him fighting there. Margarito can play I'm the too ****** card to know what my trainer puts in my hand-wraps there.

                      Hopefully Texas will.

If they give him a license it probably means they've been bought.
each state is its own jurisdiction in sports and in government. A state can do what they want regardless of what another state does. If Texas doesn't agree with california and believes margarito has done his time and should be able to box, they have every right to grant him a license. Your opinion means nada buddy.
