While i think he should be banned for life i just dont understand NSACs decision.

They try to prevent him from fighting in the US, telling him to come to them first. Marg says exactly what he said in Fen 2009 but yet they deny him again

They need to suspend him for life or just give him a licence. Its obvious that they just want a confession, but what if Marg really didnt know?

Marg did this just because of the public pressure and still got screwed.

Why would Manny even want this fight against an opponent who is going through hell just to be able to fight in the US? It's unnecessary. I can't imagine he or anyone else feeling good having their name attached to a fight that only got cleared in Texas thanks to some backroom dealings. Everything about this bout is slimy.

Wow so they had zero actual evidence but hearsay that he knew anything about it but still found him guilty? Sounds like they were influenced way before today and were denying him no matter what. They keep wanting him to apologize for something he didnt do. Margarito should just fight outside the USA or in other states.

At least they gave him two opportunities to come clean about it.

They all sensed he was lying through his teeth. But what I actually feel did him in was thinking Nevada was going to grant him a license with no problems.

Now if he does fight anywhere else, he better prove he's worthy of title shots or be forever relegated to journeyman status.

He didn't even try to issue a public apology for the whole situation.

I really don't understand how his trainer would benefit from loading Margarito's wraps without his knowledge. The only one that gains all the benefits is the fighter.

The other thing is that he said it was really hard for him to leave Capetillo. Why would that be so hard? That would be like a close friend or relative doing something illegal out of my house without my knowing and I get pinched for it too. I would have no problem at all cutting ties with that person for betraying me! That makes me believe Capetillo was a scapegoat and possibly paid to take the full wrap (no pun intended).

I just figure if I was in Margarito's position and as innocent as he says he is I would have taken a whole other route.

If i remember correctly i think he took full responsibility
