The sad fact is Mayweather and Pac will go over the top before they meet...

Pacquiao is a crazy little dude. It's not good for him to be battered around the hed by guys as big as Cotto, Clottey and Margarito. You can see he is coming down off his peak.

Floyd is how old now... nearly 34? He was clearly stumbling around the ring like a drunk against an old age pensioner in Mosely.

The sad fact is both these two are going to be past their best by the time they meet. Or, at least Pacquiao will be off his peak. (Floyd in general has looked very good against Marquez and Mosely). In fact, I think the stalling by Floyd is allowing for extra time for Pac to be softened up by all the guys Floyd ducked.

Anyway, wish this happened by now...

The sad thing is you are probably right. I expect at this point that they won't get in the ring together until neither is at their best and the fight doesn't mean and won't tell us nearly as much.

who gives a flying ****? No one cares anymore. The hype is long gone. They should have striked while the iron hot was hot. The hype is gone and the mainstream media couod give two ****s. I say good riddance to both of them. There are far better fights to be made anyways.

as a Hagler fan, i remember that...Ray embarrassed Marvin with that ****** ****

honestly, since PAC whooped Cotto, Floyd has shown ZERO interest in this fight...i think PAC retires without this fight happening

Or one of them can actually lose before they can come to terms. That would certainly spoil everything and quite possibly put that final nail in .... IE. this fight never happens.

To OP (and this is not intended to be rude though I see how it may come off that way): Is your native tongue english? I'm far from a language or spelling snob but "over the top"?

Don't you mean "over the hill"?

Stop please...The first attempt was set for March 2010 the second attempt was made for Nov 13 2010. It hasnt been a year yet and you're already jumping the gun. The fact is Pac has only fought Clottey since the first fall through and now Margarito, NOT COTTO. And be honest...Pac hasnt taken any damage since the Marquez fight. The Oscar, Hatton, and all the top rank staged fights havent done nothing but fatten Pacs pockets. The only draw back I see in this fight is Floyd turning 34 and taking a year off. Other then that the storm might die down but the moment these two sign to actually fight, you'll be the first one to buy it.
