Agreed to what exactly? a 14-day cut-off which has been off the table before the Mosley fight? Show me that he agreed to RANDOM blood testing with no cut-off dates, if he did Arum and Pac would of said so. And no, you've always been a *******.

if you want the fight THEN why take that deal off the table?? and why not say "hey we took the deal off the table" why instead say " im on vacation" and "no negoteations were made"
