Taylor by convincing UD or a late BRUTAL stoppage when Hopkins realizes he finally met his match in "Bad Intentions"

Taylor gained too much experience and confidence in this fight. Now he'll fight to defend, which is completely different. He'll pace himself and most importantly, it will be Hopkins who is forced to press the attack for the first time in a loooooonnnngggg time.

JT is hitting the gyms even harder, which is a freakin scary thought. Hopkins is getting older. Taylor will dominate the rematch and put all the doubters and haters to rest once and for all.

Sorry B-Hop, you had an amazing career. Time to step aside.

What I don't understand is the people on here who are saying that Hopkins will be KOed (like the guy above me) or beaten badly in a rematch, when it sounds like the only guy who was beaten up last night is Taylor. It sounds like Taylor didn't land a single meaningful punch on Hopkins. Can someone explain that to me? I'm not being a smartass, I haven't even seen the fight yet, I just want to know the thought process behind a Taylor KO when he never had Hopkins even remotely in trouble in this fight.

Taylor doesn't want Hopkins pressing the attack. When Hopkins did Taylor couldn't handle it and just tried to tie up or turn his back. Hopkins seen every big punch Taylor threw and either avoided it or took the sting out of the punch by turning his head. I'm sure Taylor learned some things in the ring last night but one thing I don't see changing much is his ability to stop the righthand. Taylor has always fought with his lefthand low and was always open for the right. Another thing is he has always thrown wide righthands but nobody was able to stop them but Hopkins. Hopkins countered those wide shots with lefthooks that Taylor couldn't stop either.
