You must not read articles on FightHype.com as Jeff Mayweather made an comment after the deadline was up that Pacquiao did NOT agree to Floyds NEW demands (AFTER MAY 1ST) of random testing up until the day of the fight.

They threw old contract back in his face and Floyd cant make Pacquiao takes tests, Arum can only twist words around to the MEDIA

Naah, the facts are on the table already.. Facts are accounted for. now conclusion is to be made.

Greenburg is the most neutral guy in all of these bad boys.

Hbo wants to make money. The biggest money making fight is pac vs may. So he has interest on both sides, therefore neutral.
Greenburg need both to make the biggest fight of the decade. Hbo needs both. Greenburg saying there was a negotiations means there was.

Bottomline: HBO wants money. And the biggest fight is Floyd vs Pac. How unbaised can a midleman be? He has interest in both parties. He is defintely in the middle of the talks.

there's only one truth to all, Floyd does not want fight Pacquiao. he and his camp makes every excuses to get away from the fight. if anybody want something, they will find away to get it. Floyd does not want it. History will tell you how he avoid Margarito and Cotto.
