    July 7 -
“They stopped taking blood 18 days before [Mayweather-Mosley], so that shows that they can do it and be fine,” Arum would tell Lance Pugmire of the LA Times, explaining why he believes 14 days should be sufficient to satisfy Mayweather’s demands. “We’re saying the same thing, that if there’s information that emerges in the final 14 days, we can go to the [state boxing] commission and ask for more tests. We can work it out. No one’s looking to pull any fast ones.”

    July 17:
Pacquiao didn't want to submit to blood tests too close to a fight, his camp said. Pacquiao budged on the issue during these talks, moving from a 24-day cutoff of blood testing to 14 days. But all along the Mayweather camp has been silent.

July 15 - should be noted that despite the fact that Mayweather has insisted on random blood testing up until the day of the fight, Pacquiao has only agreed to a 14-day cutoff for random blood testing.
if that is case and they didn't accept full testing then I would tell pacquiao to kick rocks and go fight for them scraps with margarito! You are in no position to demand anything and especially not some previous terms where Floyd compromised substantially and Team pacquiao balked

What do you mean that's petty? Manny held on to his stance until he realized he had no more bargaining chips. That's life. Everyone deserves respect.

Manny accepted the terms when it was already stated that they wouldn't be accepted....that is mighty brave of the pinoy warrior!

God, the irony. Floyd's last two fights have been against 1- a guy who had one fight at lightweight (Floyd made his welterweight debut in 2005), 2- Shane Mosley, who hadn't fought in 16 months. Don't talk to me about 'making excuses'

Basically. These f*gs wanna pretend Manny can be as disrespectful as he wants and can just get whatever he feels like when he wants it. Nah, go fight Margarito (because you're the PEOPLE'S champ) and decrease your bargaining position some more.

Sorry, bud. Floyd's last fight was against the guy Manny didn't want to fight - and supposedly Floyd didn't either. No need to rewrite history so soon; we're not all idiots.

It's petty that just because Manny didn't agree to 14 when HE (Floyd) expressly wanted, Floyd took 14 off the table and basically ducked the fight entirely. Because he knows Manny ain't gonna agree to 0 days because that gives Floyd an unfair advantage (re; Morales loss). 14 days should be enough for anybody, if Floyd's so good take the damn fight. He's obviously scared.

People's champ (mainstream) versus the "Hood's" champ, clever marketing scheme?

Lol, Manny wiped his ass with the guy who beat Mosley a couple of years ago. And old-man Mosley still came a ball-hair away from knocking Floyd out

All that OST stuff is just another excuse for Floyd to not fight Pacquiao. Action speak louder than words. If Floyd wants to Pacquiao he would found a way to fight him. Floyd does not want to fight him so he's making every excuses to get away from it. Floyd apologists ignore their common sense because at this point it is more convenient for them to be dumb.
