Hopkins has made an offer to fight Haye.

WORLD heavyweight champion David Haye will wait another month before deciding whether to face Audley Harrison in a £10million blockbuster later this year.

TV bosses want him to face Harrison at Manchester's MEN Arena on November 13, but the WBA title holder is not keen and the 2000 Olympic champion is not ranked by the governing body

Haye's manager and trainer Adam Booth said: "David is still saying why the hell should I be fighting Audley when he's not ranked in the top 10.

"If he's not ranked he's not a consideration. I'm not saying Audley is not a possibility. Nothing has been done yet and we are not moving ahead."

Harrison's promoter Eddie Hearn has held talks with Booth and TV chiefs who believe the 'Battle of Britain' clash would do excellent pay-per-view business.

Hearn says: "I think it sells bundles of pay-per-view and sells out the MEN Arena in a heartbeat. This fight could gross £10m and be one of the biggest in British history."

Haye, currently on a Caribbean family holiday has virtually given up hope of fighting one of the Klitschko brothers in a unification clash this year.

IBF and WBO champion Wladimir is facing Russian Alexander Povetkin in Frankfurt on September 11.

His older brother Vitali, the WBC king is edging towards a clash against either Shannon Briggs or Nikolai Valuev

Booth added "I've also had offers from Australia, Bernard Hopkins and Shannon Briggs. Tomasz Adamek, with all the tickets he would sell to Poles living in Britain, is another possibility.

"But nothing is going to be decided for four or five weeks."

Hopkins must be out of his mind.

This is not the way I want to see Hopkins go out-because it would be brutal. He should have retired after being on a high from the Pavlik win, because he didn't impress me fighting Enrique Ornealas, and the Roy fight was plain awful! Nobody wants to brag about that win,not even Bernard!

I wish he would have fought Adamek at cruiser (and even then it would be tough),but to move up to HW is crazy let alone against a guy who hits as hard as Haye-and Bernard has been hittable in his last 2 fights.

I wonder how Hopkins himself thinks he could win this.

I'd like to hear his reasoning. Apart from selling a rabbit punch and getting Haye thrown out. Though in reality he would not even have to sell it; Haye would knock him unconcious with a rabbit punch. They'd have to peel him off the canvas.

For Hopkins to want the fight, he saw something we haven't. Has Haye faced anyone with this much ring smarts?
