Arum himself said that going to the media killed negotiations the first time around. So what does Arum do now? He goes to the media.
Arum's been pushing a Cotto/Marg fight at 154 lately and his agenda is obvious; get Manny a title at 154 to gain the upper hand in negotiations for any Pac fight afterward.
