Looks like negotiations are quite a ways from being fulfilled. Bob Arum is playing bull**** games asking for the old offer-the very same one they turned down in the first place.

To me,it sounds like he wants to "milk" Manny for all he is worth against 2 other Top Rank fighters to keep the money in-house,then perhaps he will pursue a fight with Floyd....

Arum needs to go all the way with USADA,or forget the fight. USADA chooses the cut-off time,not Floyd....if this is accurate, it is Arum's way of ditching the fight and attempting to save face at the same time.I loathe that fat piece of corrupt ****.

Floyd should just say-"you talk to USADA about cut-off dates"...
they are either FOR the testing or against it, but they know that USADA should call the shots if Arum wants a fight with Floyd.....
