The Routines - (Sorry it took so long).

No problem guys. Thanks for the points and karma and what not. I only really hoped for about 3,000 points just to change my name but I ended up getting 2,500,000+. I spent probably two years researching and trying to figure out the routines of a lot of these guys by myself, but could never get more than 1/10th of the info I needed on each so I'm very grateful for this book as well.
Well so far, later on today I have requests to be posting:
Nonito Donaire
Juan Manuel Marquez
Micky Ward
Danny Green
Antonio Tarver
Any others? I'll get them done in a few hours and update the thread listings with them. Any others you guys want, just let me know.

Thanks.
As for Leonard, pretty much the same result with Salvador. Next to nothing except for this (and I wouldn't call it 100% reliable):
Warming up - 15 minutes.
Shadowboxing - 5x3 rounds.
Heavy bag - 6x3 rounds.
Sparring - (4 rounds for the last 4 weeks, 9 rounds for the last 2 weeks).
Floorwork - 15 minutes
Speedbag - 9 minutes.
Jump rope - 20 minutes.
Shadowboxing - 1 minute
Also for Leonard, here's an article regarding his running in which he mentions some of the training in his older days:
Hope that helps. I'm on to posting more requested routines here in a sec.

Other than that, I can't think of anything. I've exhausted all methods of searching and have found literally nothing. Sorry.

I'll figure out how to put them in the bank right after I post this. Also, could you explain the point system to me? I've owned and operated my own vBulletin forum back in the day (before I closed it down) and I installed lots of extras on it but even I have never heard of the points thing. I know you make bets and buy stuff with them, but there's obviously more to it (banking). Edit - Ahhh, nevermind. I get the basic hang of it. I remember back in the day being asked to install the points thing on my forum but it was too complicated and I didn't bother. Seems pretty cool now though, with all the buying options and all. Thanks, man.
Also, here are the requested ones:
Nonito Donaire
Micky Ward
Juan Manuel Marquez
Danny Green
Antonio Tarver
