Comments Thread For: Pacquiao Likes The Idea of a Cotto Revenge Rematch

WBO welterweight champion Manny Pacquiao likes the idea of a revenge fight with Miguel Cotto, now the WBA champion at junior middleweight and trained by Emanuel Steward. Pacquiao's adviser Michael Koncz informed Primera Hora that he spoke with Pacquiao about a Cotto rematch and the Filipino fighter liked the idea. Pacquiao knocked Cotto out in the twelfth round last November in Las Vegas.

Why not? Manny doesn't even make 147 and Cotto himself said that 154 is easy to make for him and could fight at 147 if needed.

Why the need for a catchweight? I really don't get why team Pac is trying to gain another advantage when they won the first fight.

****ing sickening and cheap. If he can't fight Cotto at his weight, then stay out of that division. Disgraceful.

Can you imagine the comments if Floyd was even considering anyone (let alone Cotto) other than Manny right now....double standards.
