According to a report in ABS-CBN News, WBO welterweight champion Manny Pacquiao will not budge any further to any demands made by Floyd Mayweather Jr. Pacquiao spoke with the paper upon his arrival to Manila and said negotiations for a Mayweather fight are ongoing, but he is unsure as to the status until he speak with Top Rank CEO Bob Arum.

I say good. I don't think he needs to bend to any more demands.
Both are equal draws and it is, above anything else, a fight between the #1 and #2...or rather, in my opinion, #1 and #1 to see who bumps who off the top of the mountain.

I make no monetary gain from any of this, so I'm not in this personally, but if it were me, I don't think I would bend to any more demands.
I wouldn't expect mayweather to bend to any more demands either.

Numbers dont lie so if Pacquiao doesnt understand that then **** him and his dog and his cat too.In any case Arum calls the shots though and Arum will get that fight done now because he knows Pacquiao might not box for long so he will want to harvest. What Arum will do is accept the 60-40 arrangement because it is rational, tell Pacquiao to sign the dotted line and to save Pacquiao's face he will just mention that 'I had to dip into my pocket to give Manny the difference so this fight could be made'.Truth is Manny will not have been given nothing.

c'mon now.....the man clearly has no leg to stand on in demanding 50%, it's just unwarranted greed from a fighter who supposedly doesn't fight for money. He should counter with 48%, then if that doesn't work go down to 45% if he feels so strongly, but being adamant about 50% when not being in a bargaining position to do so shows extreme naivety to the circumstances or it is an indication he does not want this fight.

You put it in clearly but some people are too blind they wont see the truth even if it hit them with a baseball bat

so u really dont want this fight to happen coz manny would not agree to a 60/40 purse, and ur backing up mayweather's demand for a 60/40? come on now...we are supposed to be a boxing fan

50/50 split is fair enuf...and lets hope this fkcing fight will happen...jesus!!

How many wishes has Mayweather "demanded" I would like Pac to clarify this soon, because he says that drug testing is the last demand he will bend to, but we have been made to believe that it is the ONLY demand that Mayweather has made...

Also I'm fed up of the same old speech from Pacquiao can't we just keep to this gag order and make this ****in fight.

                    *****s wants= 60/40 for floyd
