Oh well, the fight will not happen. **** both of them. It's clear as daylight that Manny is more egotistical than Floyd.

If I were in Pacquiao's shoes I too would be weary of him (PBF) not making weight with his recent actions. There was absolutely no reason as to why PBF couldn't come down an extra 2 lbs given the extra time they had with the fight being pushed back. So the only reasonable assumption would be that he wasn't planning to make weight in the first place.
On the other hand what grounds does PBF have to demand OSDT against Pacquiao? Because his father thinks he's on roids?
And it's also not the first time OSDT has been demaded (Tyson-Holyfield).

You are all emotional and I really don't care, the fight is a pain in the ass to make I came to that realization like half a year ago, if they can overcome that great if not whatever I have other boxing to watch.
LOL, this is hilarious, just pure ****ing genius. I'll tell you a little secret buddy, that logic of yours, it works both ways.

Seriously, Why are you riding your boy Floyd so hard?
Whatever Floyd says, it's ok with you even if it's bull**** or not.
Whatever Manny says, good or bad, then your all over him.
You and others try to make it sound like Pac is a straightforward, fair, honest, upstanding person. That is total bull****. He is no different than Floyd and everything that has come out of his mouth lately is total bull**** that everyone of his fans have swallowed hook, line and sinker. He wants money. Unfortunately, his ego may keep him from making more money in one fight than he has made in all of his other fights combined.

I know some of his more delusional fans have convinced themselves that Pac is a good guy who just wants to make the fight. Anyone with any sense knows that Pac realized he made a huge financial mistake in turning the fight down before over the drug test after seeing that Mosley made more money as Mayweather's opponent than Pac did as the primary in the Clottey fight. Now that he realizes it, he wants the money. That is the only reason he said he would agree to the 14-day cutoff.

Floyd is held to a higher standard inside and outside of the ring by all boxing fans. To me this just reinforces he is the best.

As for Pacquiao's stance, sorry but he really hasn't compromised **** in this negotiation. Mayweather said after the Mosley fight that he wanted testing up until the day of the fight, and Pacquiao is probably going to get his cutoff date. I don't think Mayweather really deserves more money, but i don't think there should be a cut off date either so i just hope they can reach an agreement.
The ideal agreement in my opinion would be 50/50 split and no cut off date.
If Pacquiao can get his 14 day cut off date, why can't Mayweather get his bigger cut? that's why it's called negotiating.Last edited by Carpe Diem; 06-22-2010, 07:51 PM.
