raul caiz is one of the best refs out there fool! and dan goosen gave a list of refs to lou dibella to choose from and dibella never responded back to him. dan tried mulitple times to reach him, left him emails and voice messages. so whatever ref goosen would have picked would have been no good for dibella no matter who it was. and home ref? hes not from oakland so how is he a home ref?

The ref in the Ward fight, Jack Reiss, was obviously crooked. I've seen him work other Goossen-promoted fights where he helps Goossen's boxers.
