Mike Tyson looking to face Holyfield one last time.

Talks aimed at bringing former World Heavyweight boxing champion Mike Tyson back to the ring for a third and final showdown with arch rival Evander Holyfield are reportedly underway.

Holyfield told The Guardian newspaper that Tyson approached him through a third party with a view to securing a rematch.

"I think he could [fight] if he wanted to. I don't underestimate no man," said Holyfield. "I'm four years older but the big difference is I've always kept in shape.”

Holyfield, who stopped 43-year-old Tyson when they first met back in 1996 continued, “Who knows with Mike? Soon after Jeff [Fenech] called, Mike went to South Africa and it's gone quiet since then.”

Although Holyfield is still fighting, Tyson has not taking to the ring since being defeated by journeyman Kevin McBride five years ago.

Tyson is financially bankrupt and has lost three of his last four fights, none of which he appeared to have trained for.

They should both hold a fundraiser to help pay off each other debts.

I doubt it will happen but you never know! This could have been motivation for Tyson's weight loss. I would definately watch it but I think Holyfield would take it, although I would love to see Tyson win and look good.
