he was referring to all peds but epo takes at least 2 weeks and over to take effect. so how is someone gonna use it in a 14 day window? they aren't cause it would be pointless. the most likely time to use would be months before a fight but floyd doesn't want to test then. su****ious.

hey floyd sr, pac blanked, destroyed, put into submission, and made both guys retire --> both delahoya and hatton...pac/hatton and pac/delahoya took a combined total of 10 rounds...pac won every and all rounds
floyd jr/hatton and floyd jr/delahoya took a combined 22 rounds...with a split decision

Ummmm..... Pac fought both guys a year or 2 after Floyd did.
Hatton was undefeated and confident coming off of his win
against the only man to give Floyd hell in the first fight (JLC)
and Ricky had a ****ty training camp with FLoyd Sr. De La Hoya
was at his natural weight, 154 with Freddie Roach as his trainer
and he sparred with Shane Mosley during training camp for Floyd.
PLUS, Oscar had the gloves he wanted, ring size and he outweighed
Floyd by 12LBS. That Oscar was nowhere in sight when he fought
Pacquiao. I give Pac credit for moving up and dominating bigger
guys because I didn't think he could BUT Hatton and Oscar were
sides of beef on the nights they fought Pac. Eventhough
Pac annihilated Hatton in 2rds, Hatton still has Mayweather Jr
on the brain. It's too easy to say that Pac wins were are
more impressive than Floyd's, considering everything in a whole
and when you break it down, Floyd fought and beat a better,
more competitive De La Hoya and Hatton.

I never said I knew more than Conte (who thrived at giving athletes undetectable PED's). I'm just saying, the *******s defended him when he didn't accept the first offer, now you guys are defending him now that he did take the expired offer.

it started out like this...
pac's camp = 30 days and right after the fight or no fight.
floyd's camp = random testing all the way to the day of the fight or no fight.

pac doesnt need to take the test cuz he doesnt need to fight floyd morons.
pac is now reaching and compromising to make the fight happen, but he still has his preferences.
they have to reach an agreement just like all the other issues (gloves, money split, weight, etc.).

saying that "the deal is off the table" is ****** as hell!
