So Pacquiao's defamation lawsuit is still pressing forward. If you were on the jury and the question was asked to camp Mayweather, "what evidence" does he have that Pacquiao is on steroids? Allegations must be backed by evidence.

kid i know its been said before, but mayweather has no evidence. he has a su****ion and he voiced it. that is not a crime. hence, the reason he asked for te blood test during negotiation. whether floyd is scared is neither here nor there. manny pacquiao refused, and thats why this fight has not been made. the lawsuit filed by manny was calculated move to regain leverage in the negotiation to persuade floyd to 'shut up' and drop the blood test, should he want the fight to happen.

but floyd turned to mosley, which noone expected. meanwhile roach let slip manny would drop the lawsuit, should floyd drop the blood test. he was then slapped with again gagging order by manny himself. i feel sorry for any american *******, who is paying for this faceless and tasteless lawsuit.

Actually Mayweather is the defendant, he doesn't have to prove anything. Manny's lawyers have to prove that Floyd slandered him and caused him monetary damages. Learn something about court room procedures before you come up with a crap thread.

I think the angle that Team Manny is leveraging is the consfiracy to defame Manny by GBP. They are after GBP more than Team Mayweather...
They are using the failed Mayweather negotiation as lost revenue and accused GBP of consfiring against Pac (their client) since the JMM rematch.
Team Manny wants out of the GBP contract, that is all...
