Manny has had a great advantage in hand speed in his previous fights. That won't be the case with floyd. Manny hasn't face a quick handed fighter in the ring since he's been moving up.I think they are equal in hand speed, but i dont think pac will be able to handle floyd's speed and timing. I know mayweather can adjust to fighters speed in the middle of a fight, but i dont think pac can.
