theres a difference when theirs 18days before a fight where you think you can be tested at any time and your not. then you just having a cut off date where you know withotu a doubt you wont be tested, defeats the purpose fo random with cut off dates...he hasnt agreed to mayweather demands because sicne janaury its been all the way up to fight night since they rejected the 14 day cut off before. the onyl thing he agreed onw as a 14day cut off that didnt exist anymore for the last 6months
