The **** was incidental and the following punch was what did the damage, besides Torres was out of control charging like a maniac if anything it's his own fault for the butt.

If you clearly look at the replay, the 2nd KD of Holt came from a Torres left hand that missed, but the bottom part of his forearm clipped the top of Holt's head and made him reach down to the canvas. That should not have been scored a KD and Holt should have received time to recover from the illegal blow.
