Reasoning behind my P4P Ranking:
Criterias for P4P List:

1. FLOYD MAYWEATHER - Beat the at that time # 2 P4P guy in Marquez, not only beat him but dominated him in his first fight back in over a year. Didn't get much credit because of the size difference so he went and beat a legitimate Welterweight, not only a Welterweight but The Champ in Shane Mosley, and dominated him as well after getting his chin tested early.
2. MANNY PACQUIAO - Nothing wrong with his wins either. His HOT streak with the Delahoya, Hatton, Cotto TKO wins made him the P4P King. It's not so much that he fell off top of the list then simply MOSLEY over CLOTTEY in recent opponents beaten.
3. WLADIMIR KLITSCHKO - Nobody wants to put a heavyweight in their list but according to my criterias for scoring (how dominant, quality of opponents faced, win streak, longevity) he qualifies in every sense. When's the last time he even lost a round, yet alone a fight. And say what you want about his opponents but he is beating the best the heavies have to offer. And his KO over Eddie Chambers - a very good defensive fighter earns him some extra points.
4. PAUL WILLIAMS - (Quality of opponents beaten) His close win over Sergio Martinez is looking better day by day. And whether Winky Wright was past his prime/inactive or not, the way he dominated him, like he has never been before, was impressive and P.Will's size & skills had something to do with it.
5. CHAD DAWSON - Same goes for Dawson as P.Will. His win over Thomas Adamek is looking better and better by the day, considering how well Adamek is doing at Cruiser and now at Heavy. And his not only victory but dominant victory over Glen Johnson was impressive.
6. ANDRE WARD - (How dominant) Has almost dominated every opponent he faced. (Quality of opponents beaten) Was a underdog vs Kessler - the top 168 guy and not only beat him but made him look like a nobody. It was almost reminisce of a young Floyd Mayweather dominating a Veteran Champ in Genro Hernandez after only 17 fights, to win his first world title.
7. TIMOTHY BRADLEY - Is the best Jr.Welter on paper, besides Pacquio in Ring ****zine terms. Already unified titles once, and vacated one of them. His dominant win over a undefeated, young top prospect/contender in Lamont Peterson was impressive.
8. DEVON ALEXANDER - Just a notch below Bradley. Beat the same guy as Bradley to win his first world title in Junior Witter. And the fact that he didn't just win by decision but Ko'd the Iron Chinned Urango to unify the IBF/WBC earns him a few extra points on my list.
9. ANDRE BERTO - (Winning Streak) Still undefeated, and because he TKO'D Quintana and didn't just win on points gets him to # 9.
10. SERIO MARTINEZ - Had he KO'd Pavlik, he would be a lot higher on my list. And he loses some points in the (winning streak) criteria department, having just come off of a loss. But with that said, just for beating Pavlik - the Middleweight Champ gets him a entry in the Top 10.
