Dont get me wrong his chin will always be suspect and that will be everyones concern when he fights a puncher,but it clearly has improved in the move up in weight

you are as wrong as can be 5lbs can be a big difference in boxing especially in lighter weight classes anyone with any boxing iq at all will tell you this. Just an example when Mayweather didnt bother making the catch weight for the Marquez fight that was because Mayweather thought hurting his body to make a weight he is uncomfortable with would effect his performance and that was only what 3lbs

I'm not saying it hasn't improved, but to say your chin has improved when it hasn't been tested by some real power is ludicrous.
Then you see Khan sparring at 140 against pacman taking all sorts of shots:
5 pounds does make a huge difference btw when your in the lighter division, especially when your 5'10. One more thing, everytime khan has been hurt its been by a Hook to the TEMPLE and not to the chin. Gomez, limmond, prescott hurt khan with a hook to the temple.
