You know your body more than anyone does. If something doesn’t feel right then something is not right. Pac has the right to say “No, youre not sticking that fuuckin needle in my arm and drawing blood 2 weeks before the fight” If that weakens him, it weakens him. WTF do you *****s know about pacs body?
Does that apply to Margarito with his plaster??

          3. pac has a history of additional weight penalties against people who had not come in overweight, so is he the commissioner?
          1. no answer because iDK
          2. If it was dropped, then why did floyd pay $300k per lb to JMM? I guess floyds jus being nice, right?
          3. commission dont deal with catchweights. thats part of negotiation. The commission has the State Athletic Commission to mandate their tests, not USADA.

I can't think of anyone who is a drug user himself but accusing another boxer who doesn't have any drug history at all. In the history of the sports, I think it was only floyd mayweather jr who done this.

Well he has come in overweight. My bad, i thought you meant that team pac would drop the weight penalty demand because of him weighing 146 against mosley. Who said i was referring to cotto he made had additional weight penalties for morales, so is he the commissioner then?

I think this was a ploy to divert the attention, so that the people will not suspect him as a drugs/peds/steroids user. A smart move by floyd, but most people are smarter than him.

Gacal revealed to well-known Filipino scribe Dennis Principe that De La Hoya agreed to pay a penalty of $3 million dollars for every pound above the welterweight limit. Even if De La Hoya weighs a fraction over a pound, it would count as a full pound and he would have to kick in an additional $3 million to Pacquiao. The amount is far larger than the $500,000 per pound penalty placed on Erik Morales for his rematch with Pacquiao.
