Come on Pacquiao. Prove you are clean

And that YOU want the fight because we already know that Floyd wants the fight. But not without the tests

floyd used to say 14-days cutoff.
now that manny agreed, another demand is coming.
what if pac agreed again, then floyd will move the goal again.
floyd doesn't want to fyt manny...he knows he will be humiliated!!

WTF is so hard to understand? The last blood test happened to occur 18 days before fight night. Neither fighter knew that that would be the last blood test. Just because some biased filipino article was going around using the word cut-off doesn't mean it was a cut-off. May and Mosley could have potentially been subjected to another blood test during those 18 days;hence the phrase "random testing."

Both fighters agreed to the USADA testing program, which included random blood and urine tests up until the fight, and a little afterwards. So it was up to USADA when, where, and how much each fighter would be tested. It doesn't matter if Mayweather and Mosley never gave a blood sample during the entire testing process, the threat was still there. Pac wants a peroid of time where there will be NO THREAT of testing. And by asking for this, he's eliminating the DETERRANT of random testing for a peroid of time. I doesn't matter if Pac says he needs a window of 30 minutes where he can't be tested. Random is random. And the randomness is the deterrant. That's what Pacquaio and his backers either don't realize or do realize, and simply fail to acknowledge.

In that case, you're implying that Mayweather has either power to make the most powerful and respected anti-doping organization in the world commit fraud. Or, you're implying that Mayweather has enough money to bribe the richest anti-doping organization in the world. You're entitled to your opinion, but I personally feel you're reaching, to say the least.

When Pac was getting knocked out Floyd was world champion, when Pac was getting outboxed Floyd was world champion, when Pac was getting draws Floyd was world champion so you tryna say Pac done more than Floyd is false Pacquiao whole claim to fame beating guys that Floyd beat two years earlier
LOL. You are missing the point why Floyd is not the BWAA FOTD. There's a big difference between skilled and great. If Floyd is greater as what you think he is, he should have fought and beaten the likes of Cotto, Williams, Prime Shane and granted a rematch with DLH.

I believe Floyd is the most skilled fighter out there. But not greater than Pac who fought all through out up to WW where he shouldn't be competing there at all due to his size disadvantages. This is the reason why Pac is the BWAA FOTD and 3 time FOTY.

The world is bigger than this forum but you don't think Pacquiao not taking the tests has anything to do with people thinking Pac is something

I always said pac should have accepted the 14 day cut off as it was a fair offer and now that he has floyd and his team should also accept it, goes both ways imo, pac looked bad last time does floyd want to look bad this time? I hope not because he will take a lot of flack if he demands more now
