if the USADA blood testing ended at the 18 day prior to fight date, then i would think there is a reason for it...and im thinking that the final 18 days and immediately after the fight will catch anything that is used illegally...so im thinking that USADA knows that there is a timeframe where these illegal drugs can still be cuaght...so it seems like it could be as far as 18 days out and immediately after the fight.
so if pacquiao agrees to original 14 day cutoff and floyd changes his mind, then im more su****ious of floyd than pac...
"We also learned that the random blood tests conducted by the US Anti Doping Agency on Mayweather and Mosley prior to their fight were done 18 and 19 days before their May 1 showdown which Mayweather won handily after Moley hurt the undefeated Mayweather in the second round but quickly faded and looked an ageing fighter in the end.
Arum said he had learned that the Nevada State Athletic Commission which currently doesn’t conduct blood tests had received the USADA reports under an agreement with Golden Boy Promotions who staged the Mayweather-Mosley fight and that the reports indicated the tests were taken 18 and 19 days before the fight even though Mayweather had insisted on 14 days."
This is according from this article. by of course, Ronnie, thus the quote. I know not everybody wants to read the whole article, lol, especially the old opening phrase.
I expect to see other sites to run this story in the following days.
In the last 24/7 episode, the USADA showed up at Mosley's gym the day he was leaving to go to Las Vegas to do a drug test. That was seven days before the fight. Mosley made a comment about them showing up as he was preparing to leave. This article is fictional. Whoever wrote this crap they are trying to pass off as a legitimate news story obviously didn't watch the 24/7 shows or didn't see that scene or forgot about it.

It's not that...They could stop testing them for blood 30 days before the fight for all we know, but they're gonna do it in a way that won't let the fighters know for sure, and that's their way of manipulating the fighters..
I doubt if anyone on this site has bothered to ask these questions: why would Arum say this crap if he claimed he would not negotiate in the media? Why would Roach say something along the lines of we can negotiate a 17 or 18-day window when he said before that they would not take any tests? Why would Pac publicly state that he is willing to accept the 14-day cutoff date when he would only go as far as 24 days before and only then when a video proved that he had a blood test 24 days before the Hatton fight? Neither Floyd nor anyone in his camp have said anything about Pac since the Mosley fight. Yet, Arum, Pac and Roach have all been talking about a Mayweather fight and have been making all kinds of ridiculous comments like these.
What this tells me is that Arum, Roach and Pac are all desperate and are using every tactic they can to get Mayweather to agree to the fight. What that means, for all the Pac worshippers who don't understand it, is that Floyd holds all the cards. He is the one in the driver's seat. Arum, Roach and Pac realize that they screwed themselves by not agreeing to the fight in March and are now desperate to try to make up for their ******ity.
USADA really want to catch this so called cheater? even its random, USADA gave two fighters window of 18/19 days... If USADA really want to catch those so called cheater/s, then they must take random blood test not more than 10 days before the fight! This shows USADA's realL crusade, its not to catch "cheaters" but "money"!!!!

Thats the whole point, Team Pac really want this fight but looks like the other side have no interest to make this fight happen... Do Mayweahter camp give any effort to make this fight happen?
