      No. People are making two fundamental mistakes here.

      One they're assuming he was a spring chicken who had plenty of room to grow. He was 28 and very flawed, as seen in Ricky Hatton you can't teach an old dog new tricks. He would get exposed at a higher level.

      Two they're assuming he has an impressive record. I ask anyone to name 5 impressive heads on his resume.

      If this happened to someone like Andre Ward, Alexandre of Bradley. There would be some sense of wonder in my head as they have both youth and ability.

        he was getting better and better, he had a drastic change vs demarco, boxing more, more slicker, sure it wasnt perfect but he was definity improving

          The only thing you're doing is speculating. What's not speculation is that Peterson stepped up and fought one of the best at 140. Valero never did.

              Fact is he beat nobody of any importance Bradley Devon Paulie and even Khan has Valero never did.

                  there is no should have, could have or would have.. he never got a chance to prove himself against top opposition and he took his own life so we will never know.
