How can anyone criticise Khan if he steps in the ring 2 months after an 11 round match, against an opponent as dangerous as Katsidis?

Still, I doubt it will happen.

Good post. If Katsidis did manage to knock Amir out, he might become the most hated dude in all of England.

Amir is the better boxer, but he couldn't relax for a second against Katsidis. At any point in the fight Kat could land something on his china chin.

Katsidis as a tune up/keep busy fight is pretty tough opposition and is not really needed.

He should fight Prescott while it stills credible to get that monkey off his back.

If it's at 135lbs that would be ok but if he is taking a page out of mayweather's playbook by forcing smaller fighters to move up and fight him that's a straight up ***** move. It's exactly the thing I would expect from GBP and that fraud Khan.

His chin will be tested facing Kats. I keep saying this because it needs to be laid to rest whether his chin will let him down in his biggest bouts or not. That is the one thing holding him back from greatness.

Bradley has a July 17th date reserved, Alexander has a August 7th reserved and Miadana is injured, so who do you want him to fight?

Katsidas is a big, strong and a KO guy(type of guy people say Khans ducking) plus hes the #1 contender for the LW title.

He is the best possible fight and toughest opponent for Khan other then the big 3, so why is it a mismatch?

I dont see that holding him back at all, hes doing great and only got KO because of a HARD punch......its not holding him back at all i think

Tomorrow I'll make a more detailed post on what I think about this potential fight, for I'm too tired right now from all the weird sleep lately.

                Watch this space. Oi-oi-oi!

lennox lewis' legacy would have been far weaker if he didn't beat the guys who beat him.

that is part of what makes lennox such a great hw.

Khan should avenge his own loss, instead of Mitchell's

Respectable opponent? Isn't Katsidis a lightweight and the same height as Paulie with less skill? He charges in like a freight train at times. Khan is 5'10, this is nothing more than a sparring match for him. He'll beat Katz worst than he beat Paulie.
