There's no way he had the time to think "oh, I could jump out of the ring right now and get a N/C." No way he jumped out intentionally, even though it kinda looked like it.

I do think he exaggerated how hurt he was, probably because he was embarrassed. I think he could have continued if his name was Kermit Cintron.

cintron jumped. usually when a boxer is going down in the ropes, the first instinct is to grab onto the ropes. cintron ducked under the ropes and threw himself out.

The way he fell was like a wide receiver PURPOSEFULLY diving into the end zone for a touch down.

      cintron purposefully jumped out.

He did not fall that good it could have hurt and knocked the wind out of him. Give it a try anyone who thinks it would not hurt and get back to me. all you need is a hard floor and to flip and land on your lower back. I am going to pass on that Myself might hurt or knock the wind out of me.

nope, he exaggerated because he wanted out. he didn't want to get back in the ring with pwill. pwill is a bad man.

It's an interesting angle I think, the first thought I had from watching the clip is that the real-time event happened so fast that Cintron wouldn't have had the time to mastermind a dive out the ring. From the new angle, it seems as if Cintron expected to rebound off the ropes but the rope his shoulder should have caught, instead flicked upwards and created the space for him to fall out the ring. It seemed to happen too quickly and was too unpredictable for Cintron to anticipate or plan.

Whether he exaggerated the severity of his injuries is still a tough call imo. He has a history of unusual behavior in the ring which doesn't help his case. But, assuming the fall was unplanned, it's still a genuine possibility that he could've been momentarily injured or stunned.

He wanted to continue fighting. Even PWill said that he heard Cintron pleading with the dr to let him continue fighting.

the wind probably got knocked out of him, but the doc said he didn't want to fight.

Another angle showed that Cintron didn't hit his head, but his neck on the edge of the ring. But I agree with you Cintron has had a history of unusual behavior in the ring and it doesn't help his case.
