I honestly believe that the WBC belt will be a factor, simply because it is the most recognized belt of them all, and like you stated, Mr. Mayweather holds the highest regards for that sanctioning organization. I also believe that it would further cement Mr. Mayweather's HOF legacy as well because he will be one of the very few fighters that have actually moved up 6 weight divisions, and have won the "Lineal" belts in each division.

I also see it being a very interesting fight because of the styles. I do believe that Mr. Martinez will win a couple of the early rounds because of his unorthodox style, but once Mr. Mayweather makes his adjustments, I believe that the fight will change and I see Mr. Mayweather winning by UD.
