I can recall a time not too long ago that Freddie Roach had been quoted saying that Mayweather is a bad fight for Pacquiao because Manny cannot handle counterpunchers and the counterpunching style well at all.

I keep thinking about how easily Marquez outboxed Manny at will, and if Marquez can do it, you know for damn sure that a much larger Mayweather could do it too.

I don't understand this drastic 180 degree perspective change that Floyd is now suddenly hittable and beatable. Manny hasn't changed, neither has Floyd. Shane landed TWO good shots on Floyd and that was it, and I lost $500 betting on Shane. Aside from that I don't see how Pacman can suddendly destroy Mayweather. How does beating a badly faded ODLH, Hatton, and Clottey make him able to beat Mayweather ?

I just don't see it. Manny is a very good fighter and fun to watch, and I'd rather watch any of his fights than Mayweather, but some people are simply not going to be a good fight for you to win. This is one of them. I'd love Pacman to KO Mayweather and I hope it happens but this seems very improbable. Freddie needs to lay off the hype(or crack) pipe.

Clottey was a punching bag that hit Manny whenever he threw anything.

If Floyd Mayweather is predictable and hittable, then Pacquiao is both those things and then some.

Neither is agreeing to the other's terms so you're being ridiculously biased by blaming just one fighter. Floyd could have had the fight in March if he'd agreed to what would still have been the most stringent tests used in any professional boxing match in history up to that point. But he didn't.
