Now, as far as I know OST is the standard procedure in Germany? So if the fight is in Germany, as it's most probable (if Povetkin grows some balls to fight Wlad first, of course) the OST is already a given. And secondly, who the **** does Povetkin think he is making demands? Lol at Teddy Atl-ass saying the fight has to be in Russia, he knows Povetkin can't defeat the Klitschkos and hopes Povetkin is still standing in the end so he can rob them.
I have no problems with the Klitschkos. They are currently the rulers of the HW division. Now if they submit to random, olympic style, blood and urine testing, their legacies can only be enhanced.

its unbelievable that some extremely small people are against this testing. the science is already there to support it. stop hating facts and logic. if your favorite boxer is defying conventional knowledge than they should be the first to proudly show they are legit, not the other way around. holy $h!t take an ethics class please.

You sound a bit lacking. Klitschko was prescribed a medication to cure a nagging injury, which happened to be on the banned list. Otherwise the brothers would have added another distinction to their already many.

That would have been, 2 brothers each with an Olympic gold medal in boxing. I believe that only the Spinks family have this.

His brother was guilty of using steroids in the Amatuers and for sure Vitali is using it in the pros. Wlad must be using something too.

                It's a shame.

Wlad better take the tests. What's his excuse going to be now? That he gets weakened by the tests or he is scared?! LOL.
Its funny how you judge someone whos been in out of the Amateurs for 14 and who hasnt been using it since. Very smooth. Nice proof btw.

If the Klitschkos have nothing to hide they'll take the tests. Just like I say about Manny Pacquaio.
