******? So because someone has a CHANCE to win an election means they are qualified? I bet you are one of the few people who think Sarah Palin is fit to be U.S President.

Before you resort to insults, make sure your argument is valid. Because in the end you might just be the one looking "******".

If Floyd was elected to congress while he was an active boxer, he would be a mega-star

it is a double standard. But we're dealing with two different dynamics here...

I thought Pac should've ran for a position at a more local level to gain political experience.
And Pac did drop out when he was in the third grade to help his family. But Manny passed the high school equivalency exam and is attending college. Manny might not be some genius but he made an effort to educate himself later in his life. Pac may be underqualified but he's not illiterate.

But when Pacquiao runs for office people say "Manny (a 3rd grade dropout) has had a wonderful boxing career and now he wishes to help his country by running for election. Good for him."

That is a double standard. I'm a big Manny Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather fan, but Pacquiao gets the passes that most fighters wouldn't.
Not exactly .... In America we have thousands of ppl..... How are smarter and more qualified then our boxers...... What does this say bout Philippine gov.
